Providence, RI – Most of us can recall traumatic moments from our adolescence that were confusing, disconcerting, and perhaps overwhelming. Viewed through our adult eyes and the wisdom that comes with aging, we often wish we could have handled those events differently. Anne Davidson Babineau reflects on that time in her life when, as a teen, the parents of several of her classmates - including one very special classmate - died.
Babineau is a writer, editor and artist. She lives in southern Rhode Island with her husband and two children.
