The production of “Laughter on the 23rd Floor” finds nine hard-working performers giving it all they’ve got.</p><p></p><p>Led by Trinity Rep’s leading actor, Fred Sullivan Jr., the cast pounces and pumps.</p><p>They jump on every Simon gag.
