nurses en Nurse Residency Program Finds Early Success <p>What organizers call a first-of-its-kind residency program for registered nurses in Rhode Island is about to graduate its first class of 19. Director of Workforce Development at Care New England, Michael Paruta, says about two-thirds have already been offered full time jobs – sooner than expected.</p><p>“To me it was surprising because they hadn’t yet completed their residency, number one," said Paruta.
