The pledge comes just weeks after the state installed 50 charging stations.</p><p>The pledge calls for more infrastructure to support the millions of electric cars expected to hit the road in the next dozen years. Even with the new charging stations the state will still lag behind its neighbors.</p><p>The first one comes online next week, and through the summer more than 50 more will pop up across the state.
