CAR CHASE en Police departments cleared of wrongdoing in deadly car chases <p>(PROVIDENCE, RI) A statewide grand jury has cleared two Rhode Island police departments of wrongdoing for chases that resulted in fatalities.&nbsp; The grand jury found that Woonsocket police did nothing wrong when they chased a vehicle whose driver refused to stop on June 14<sup>th</sup> 2012.&nbsp; Police wanted to question 33-year-old Anthony Lescarbeau about why his license plate did not match up with his vehicle.
