The <a href="http://www.riema.ri.gov/preparedness/schoolsafety/">"Model School Safety Plan"</a> is a lengthy report, intended to guide districts updating their security plans, under a new state law.</p><p>I confess, I have yet to wade through the 300-pages of recommendations in the report.
