PROVIDENCE, RI – We continue our conversation this morning about Rhode Island's new teacher evaluations with Chariho Superintendent Barry Ricci. Yesterday, State Education Commissioner Deborah Gist said test scores are just one of several factors taken into consideration. In Chariho they started evaluating every teacher and school administrator last year. Rhode Island Public Radio's Education Reporter Elisabeth Harrison sat down with Superintendent Barry Ricci to find out whether he thinks it's making a difference in the classroom.
