Brady To Start For Pats

New Orleans LA – Tom Brady will be the starting quarterback for the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl on Sunday. Brady sprained his ankle in the AFC Championship game last weekend.

?Tom Brady demonstrated in practice today that he is fit to play. He will be our starting quarterback on Sunday, ? said Patriots Head Coach Bill Bellichick.

Brady was replaced by Drew Bledsoe in last weekend. Bledsoe?s winning performance secured a trip to New Orleans for the Patriots and sparked controversy over the starting quarterback spot for Sunday.

WRNI's Deborah Becker discussed the decision to start Tom Brady with Sporting News Senior Writer Paul Atner.
