Celebrating the 350th Anniversary of Rhode Island's Colonial Charter

Today is July 1st – the start of a very special month in Rhode Island.  It was in this month 350 years ago that King Charles II signed the royal charter, granting the colony unprecedented religious freedom.  Rhode Island Public Radio’s Flo Jonic sat down with a noted historian to discuss this milestone.
