Flags at half staff for Pearl Harbor anniversary

PROVIDENCE, RI – Governor Lincoln Chafee has ordered that flags be flown at half staff outside all public buildings Wednesday in commemoration of Pearl Harbor day. This is the 70th anniversary of the day the Japanese attacked the American naval base on Hawaii, triggering this country's involvement in World War II.
