The flood of the century

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – In the spring of 2010 several weeks of heavy rains caused rivers in Rhode Island to jump their banks, wreaking havoc on the state. The floods closed businesses, forced hundreds of evacuations and shut down parts of Interstate 95.
