WRNI – For more than 35 years a former Catholic priest has fought to improve the lives of the poor in Rhode Island. He is an advocate, who prefers to remain behind the scenes. His causes have included such things as tax breaks for low income workers, school breakfast, and fairer telephone and utility rates.
