Icy roads keep state police busy

"It just became very icy and slick causing most of the vehicles to spin out, hit a barrier, guard rail, or actually had a couple of rollovers as well," says Pereira.

The calls stopped at around 11:30pm, he says, once crew started treating the roads. There were few injuries, none major.
