J&W Strategic Plan to Improve Culinary Museum
The Johnson and Wales University Culinary Arts Museum is preparing to carry out a comprehensive inventory of the more than quarter-million items in its collection.
The Culinary Arts Museum will close for 15 months later this Spring to both document its holdings as well as develop a strategic plan for programs and exhibits.
The University has hired former president of the Rhode Island School of Design Roger Mandle to help develop a strategic plan for the museum.
J and W says it plans to better showcase its collections in Rhode Island as well as on its regional campuses around the country.
