Providence, RI – Get ready for more snow. The National Weather Service is predicting up to six inches by the end of the day tomorrow, followed by a wintry mix of snow and rain Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service's Bill Simpson says the commute tomorrow should be relatively painless, but watch out for Wednesday.
"You know, it'll certainly be snowing pretty hard at times, or there could be a possibility of rain and freezing rain," he says, "so both of those can cause significant problems and it'll be a very slow commute."
Simpson says the amount of snow Rhode Islanders see on Wednesday will depend on where they live. The southern part of the state could see a few inches while the far north could get socked with more than a foot.
