Pesare, Reynolds Ferland to be honored by RIPEC

The Rhode Island Public expenditure Council (RIPEC) will honor Middletown Police Chief Anthony Pesare and Sharon Reynolds Ferland,  fiscal advisor for the Rhode Island House of Representatives, with public service awards at the group’s annual meeting tonight at the Rhode Island Convention Center.

Cook  Political Report editor and Rhode Island native Jennifer Duffy will deliver the keynote address. Gov. Lincoln Chafee, Senate President Teresa Paiva Weed, D-Newport and House Speaker Gordon Fox, D-Providence, will also speak at the 69th RIPEC annual meeting.
