Providence, R.I. – We continue our series of interviews with the candidates running for Rhode Island's first Congressional district. We've heard from Providence Mayor David Cicciline, former Democratic State Chairman Bill Lynch and businessman Anthony Gemma. Now, we hear from the fourth Democrat in the race -- David Segal -- a state representative from Providence and East Providence. Segal is 30 years old. He's been active in government reform and founded the Rhode Island Chapter of the good government group, Fair Vote. He sat down with WRNI's news analyst, Scott MacKay.
