PROVIDENCE, RI – A series of unions is suing the state in Superior Court, trying to undo last year's pension overhaul. A decision in the court case is expected before the start of the next fiscal year in July 2013. Monday, we heard from a top union official who predicted the lawsuit will be a winner. Tuesday, we talk with the woman who spearheaded the overhaul of the pension system, state Treasurer Gina Raimondo.
