PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Central Falls High School teachers had a chance to voice their concerns yesterday about a high profile turnaround effort aimed at reversing a history of low student achievement. Teachers say discipline and relations with administrators have been strained. WRNI's Elisabeth Harrison sat down with Central Falls Superintendent Fran Gallo and transformation officer Victor Capellan, who say some aspects of the overhaul are going well.
