PROVIDENCE, R.I. – In his third State of the Union address, President Obama called for greater cooperation in dealing with the country's economic problems and outlined the need to compete on a global stage. Rhode Island Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse sat two rows from the president and he joined WRNI's Elisabeth Harrison the next day to discuss the speech.
