Station Fire Report

WRNI – A study funded by the Federal Department of Homeland Security recommends an over-haul of emergency management in the state of Rhode Island. The study reviews the state's response to the deadly station nightclub fire a year and a half ago. It describes confusion that it blames on the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency's inability to effectively co-ordinate efforts of various municipal and state agencies. WRNI's Mark Degon reports.
