Taricani Sentenced to Home Confinement

WRNI – The Providence television reporter who was convicted of contempt last month for defying a court order to reveal a source has been sentenced to six months of house arrest. Federal Judge Ernest Torres said he would have sentenced Jim Taricani to prison if not for concerns about the reporter's health. WRNI's Matha Bebinger reports.
