PROVIDENCE, R.I. – State Education Commissioner Deborah Gist sits down with teachers at Central Falls High School later today to get their feedback on an effort to dramatically improve student performance at the school. Some teachers have criticized new administrators, saying they have allowed bad behavior to become a problem. WRNI's Elisabeth Harrison spoke with longtime English teacher Richard Kinslow, who says there is deep mistrust between teachers and school leaders, and he thinks some outside help may be necessary.
