Young Case Dismissed

WRNI – The Cornel Young wrongful death lawsuit is done. This morning a federal judge dismissed liability and damages claims against four current and former police officials and the city of Providence. Judge mary Lisi's decision means that although a jury found that one of the officers who shot young violated his constitutional rights, no one is liable or will have to pay.
