Jun 1, 2013

The PawSox beat the Syracuse Chiefs 5 – 3.  Allen Webster opened the game with great pitching, striking out a total of 6 batters.  With fans at a season high of 10,376 in attendance, they gave the team a boost for their second win at home.  After a week of being on the road picking up 5 wins from Louisville and Indianapolis, Manager Gary DiSarcina is happy with the team and the decisions he is making.

The PawSox gave it up to the Indianapolis Indians 8 - 4 Monday at McCoy stadium.  Jerry Sands batted a grand slam in the first inning of the game giving the Indians a big lead while making it tough for the PawSox to comeback throughout the game.

PawSox Manger Gary DiSarcina has a few words to say applied towards improvement for the last game against Indy Tuesday.  "Pitch a little bit better, our defense has been solid, run the bases good," said DiSarcina, "and like I said be a little more clutch at the plate."

The Pawsox beat the Indianapolis Indians 11 – 3.  That’s thanks to the PawSox defense and Allen Webster’s pitching in the first 5 innings.  Webster struck out 6 batters in a row with the 7th following later.  PawSox manager Gary Disarcina says Webster was great however there is still room for improvement.
